1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup dried cherry-flavored cranberries
1/3 cup dried pineapple chunks
1/3 cup dried coconut flakes
1/3 cup honey-roasted almond slices
- Pour ingredients into a zippable, plastic storage bag (e.g., Ziploc). Add a plastic spoon into the bag as well.
- Seal the bag then shake it lightly to mix the ingredients.
- Roll the bag to take out all of the air then seal the zipper.
- When you’re ready to eat, unzip the bag and use the spoon to munch to your heart content and belly’s delight!
